Hidden in the picturesque Hreljin hillside with views over Bakar Bay and Islands of Krk and Cres, the design seamlessly integrates organic building materials with its scenic and nature-rich surroundings.

Our primary goal was to create an immersive environment that is interconnected with linear forms, achieved by balancing functional and aesthetic elements to inspire tranquillity, luxury, and elegance. A standout feature of the Villa Hreljin is a spiral staircase, which works like the backbone of the building and interconnects all the spaces.

Villa Hreljin has a 8x4m infinity pool that allows swimmers to immerse themselves in stunning landscapes and seascapes at the same time. The pool lounge is equipped with a full kitchen complete with a beer dispenser, fridge, gas BBQ, and a fire pit to enjoy those cool nights.

Natural wood with a touch of warm earthy tones provides maximum comfort. It is simply inviting you to spend lazy summer afternoons there, with a glass of cold beer. In winter it works the same, only with a cup of hot chocolate. With large windows, you will enjoy a stunning view of the sea as the natural light creates a calming ambiance with a luxurious edge.

Uncluttered interior design makes the most of the building’s architectural dynamics, where kitchen, dining room, open-space living areas, and huge terrace flow naturally one into another. The result is a breezy sophistication with a harmony of form that resonates throughout this luxury living space.

KITCHEN & DINING ROOM

Located on the ground floor of the house facing south, a fully equipped modern kitchen offers gorgeous views of the sea and nature surrounding the villa. In the dining room, a designer dining table allows dinner parties with a view. And as a part of the special services, we can accommodate a private chef for your special occasion dinner.

LIVING ROOM

Part of the open plan living space, the living room sits at the opposite end of the kitchen, enjoying the same natural light and sea views flooding through the entire ground floor. A lovely terrace that extends out from the open space provides a relaxing lounge area to enjoy the fresh air and sun while dreamy and soothing turquoise blue invites you to dive into the pool. The breathtaking sea scenery completes this heavenly composition.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

This four-bedroom villa has 7 bathrooms so our guests can have their own personal relaxation corner. Rooms are equipped with plasma TVs and workstations. Besides the Wi-Fi connection accessible around the villa, the workstations also come equipped with direct LAN cable, ensuring a fast and private Internet connection.

Located on the first floor, our spacious lounge area will undoubtedly be your favorite place to socialize and relax. Play a game of billiards, organize a movie night or enjoy the glass of wine watching the starry sky. The lounge area is equipped with a billiard table, a fully equipped bar with a wine and beer tap and a movie projector.
